Q. Is your billing automatic and recurring?
A. No. Our billing is non-recurring, so your account will not automatically renew. When you account is near expiration we will contact you by email and ask for you to again make a yearly hosting payment. If you find that automatic billing is more convenient for you though we will gladly set this up for you.
Q. Will I be able to renew my services at the same price I bought?
A. Yes. You will be renewed on the same price structure you initially signed up for. The only exception to this would be if you were provided a special offer (as with free hosting for one year) as part of a full development website package.
Q. What is your 100% Guarantee?
A. We offer an unconditional 30 day money back on all web hosting plans except dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses and SSL certificates. Your money would be refunded back into your credit or debit card (or a check will be sent if necessary) if you are not fully satisfied with our services.
Q. Can your hosting services be used on both Windows and Apple Macintosh computers?
A. It does not matter which operating system you have installed on your home or office computer. You can use our services without any problems. Your local computers operating system has nothing to do with our web servers. You can run any software on your local computer and still use our services such as email, upload web files or do any other miscellaneous work without any issues.
Q. How do I sign up for your Web Hosting?
A. The process is pretty simple. You will fill out our hosting form to provide your contact details, and then proceed to Paypal's secure servers for processing, or you can send us a check. After we have received notice of the successful transaction it typically takes between 6-12 hours for your account to be setup. You will then be sent your welcome email with all the details such as your control panel login information, DNS info et cetera.
Q. Can I register a new name with you?
A. Yes you can. We will register and maintain your domain name for you for you as long as you host your website with us.
Q. I already have a domain name, how can I point it to your web servers?
A. The process is simple. We will send you two DNS values in your welcome email. All you have to do is to login into your domain registrar provided control and change the DNS of your domain name to those two values. You can also ask your domain registration provider to do this for you if you are new to this. If you need assistance with this we will be glad to help, just ask.
Q. If you register a domain name, who will own it?
A. Clients will own the domain name and can move their domain names with them should they decide to leave us.
Q. Do you offer merchant accounts?
A. We do not provide merchant accounts, But for this service we recommend 2checkout/2co for an online credit card processing solution. Total activation process will take about five minutes to have your vendor account active.
Q. Do you offer Microsoft FrontPage Extensions?
A. Yes, we will install MS Frontpage extensions on your hosting space upon request.
